We've added a link on the home page to our remote support option.

When you're speaking with a technician they will need you to click on the "remote" icon to be directed to our remote support software. The software works with Internet Explorer version 6.0 and higher.

Click this link in IE and install the Active-X control and provide the technician with your Client ID. This will be unique for each remote session you initiate.
